The room's darkness was notable, as another building loomed close, blocking natural light. Basic issues like a low desk chair and a stained, cracked jacuzzi bath diminished the overall experience. Additional inconveniences included a missing plug for the jacuzzi and a lack of a functioning remote for the TV, mounted out of reach.

The room was spacious and equipped with all necessary things. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice and attentive
Rest is something else. The room was facing the street and across the street is a club. Without sound insulation, loud music could be heard every evening until late at night. A temporary disappointment was the unusable pool that is currently being rebuilt, the breakfast buffet offers little choice and is kept very simple. For the money I expected much more.

I used free parking onsite. Location, an easy walk to all attractions. Nothing too much trouble, I do recommend this place to everyone. It is close to the airport...
Nothing atall.

Targets for a decent stay
Great environment and atmosphere the staff were friendly. I found the tea and coffee facilities to be a nice touch.
It wasn't dirt cheap but still acceptable considering the overall experience.

Spent Easter at a new hotel in Kitwe and it was amazing! The rooms were spacious with modern facilities. The food was well-prepared and the staff was friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, in close proximity to the city center and some key tourist attractions. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the lovely tropical gardens which provided a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The lighting in some areas of the hotel was poor and made it difficult to navigate, particularly at night. There was also some construction happening nearby which could be heard from the rooms.

Spent a lovely Christmas here with family. the room was clean and comfortable with great amenities including a big TV and fast wifi. the location was ideal for exploring the area with shops nearby and easy access to transportation. the hotel staff were friendly and attentive, helping us with anything we needed. Best of all, the Christmas package included a delicious dinner with a wide variety of dishes to choose from.
Some areas of the hotel were in need of maintenance, such as the pool area and some of the hallways. some of the meals at the restaurant were just okay and could use some improvement.
